Whether you want to overcome the fear of speaking or sharpen your skills as a professional, progress begins with a clear goal and a mentor who holds you to it.
Speak. Grow. Lead. is a personalised mentorship programme built around you. Together, we set one goal in each of three dimensions:
- Speak: deliver clear, purposeful messages with confidence.
- Grow: strengthen self-awareness, confidence and composure.
- Lead: influence, support and guide others towards a shared purpose.
Over eight weekly one-to-one sessions of 60 minutes, online or in person, you will practise, receive direct feedback and apply what you learn in real situations. Your progress is measured against your own goals, and you complete the programme with a Kunwe Academy certificate of completion.
Support continues after your final session. We follow up on days 10, 20 and 30 to help you sustain what you have achieved.
